Art in the Family

by Judy on August 14, 2012

It’s hard to say where it comes from. Whether or not we are born with it, or develop an interest in art through exposure. We all are born to be creative, that is for certain.

Susan Lynch is known for her beautiful gourds.  Her love of the garden is evident in her watercolor paintings of plants and flowers. Her work can be found at Susan Lynch Studio & Galleria.

Now she has added lights to her art bottles….they can be found on her site or at her Etsy shop salart.

Christopher Ledesma is Susan’s son. He enjoys drawing and painting in various media with an affinity for oil pastel. His art is subjective and sensitive, expressed by his use of line and broad strokes, never relying on subject matter. He has also created a number of instrumentals, composing and engineering these with the use of various musical programs.

My granddaughter, Julia Lott, was introduced to art in my studio when she was old enough to hold a crayon. She painted with gusto then and now, even her bedroom walls are her canvas.

Her interests include drawing, painting, and making pottery.

Jane Lynch enjoys multimedia including photography and making unusual creations from pinecones and other gifts of nature. She uses whatever materials on hand to make things that are both amusing and unique.

Her work can be found at Viewbug and Etsy on Etsy.
